In a dramatic accident at Zaragoza airbase, a Spanish Air Force F-18 fighter jet assigned to Ala15 ended in disaster, engulfing the surroundings in a massive fireball near a bustling highway. The pilot, fortunately, managed to safely eject before the crash. According to the local publication, the pilot sustained leg injuries, while no other casualties have been reported in the aftermath of the incident.

The unfortunate event occurred during a military family exhibition show held at the airbase. The pilot was executing exhibition maneuvers as part of the event when the crash transpired at approximately 12:10 pm local time.
