Bell Textron Inc., a Textron Inc. company, announced at HAI Heli-Expo 2022 the delivery of a Bell 505 to Beach Mosquito Control District (BMCD). Located in Panama City Beach, FL, the organization will leverage aerial support from the Bell 505 to administer insect-repellant spray and maintain a high-quality environment for its residents.

BMCD seeks to protect the public health, safety and welfare by using science-based, environmentally sensitive, integrated mosquito control techniques employing public education, surveillance, source reduction, biological control and the judicious use of pesticides to enhance the quality of life for District residents.
